Its been a busy year for us at PSS and we thought it best to provide you with an overview of some new areas we are working in that may be of interest to your business.

OSIsoft PI

Earlier this year we became an OSIsoft partner for PI. We are working closely with OSISoft providing training for our engineers to allow us to support existing PI systems and to develop new PI systems.

Cyber Security

We have recently developed our internal Cyber Security Management system, which we have integrated into our Quality and Functional Safety Management Systems. The CSM system is maintained by Euan Petrie, our Cyber Security Manager who is certified as a TÜV CySec Specialist for IEC62443.

All our engineering staff have undertaken a cyber security training course through the The Open University which provides essential cyber security knowledge and skills, learning how to better protect their digital life, in house IT systems and client critical infrastructure.

Process Safety Management Suite

Our C&E management and automated validation tools have been going from strength to strength with one of the major OEMs investing in the tool and starting to roll it out on their SIS projects this year. The PSMS is starting to gain global traction, with enquiries from Europe, North America and China. We have also been awarded a project to provide a full PSMS for a New Zealand Tank Farm SIS.

Key Competencies & Partners

We have been continuing to grow our OEM partnerships and relationships this year with an increased demand for new system proposals, with PSS offering best fit solutions for the end user and application based on our experience and wide product portfolio.
