Congratulations to Senior Systems Engineer Lindsay Scott for being one of the Aberdeen 30 under 30!
The list is an extraordinary showcase of talent, ambition, and limitless potential!
The Aberdeen Young Professionals (AYP) group wish to present an exceptional group of young achievers who have risen to prominence and are leaving an indelible mark on our community and beyond.
Aberdeen's 30 under 30 list is a celebration of the next generation of leaders, innovators, and change-makers who call Aberdeen City and Shire their home.
Nominated by the company, PSS Systems Manager Myles submitted the following;
Lindsay joined PSS as a Graduate Engineer in 2018, and since then has shown consistent passion and hard work and become an excellent engineer.
As a result of her dedication and growth as a leader, she has been promoted into the role of Senior Systems Engineer. She now mentors current Graduate and Junior engineers, providing on the job support and training.
Lindsay has formed strong and positive customer relationships, and as her manager I am constantly receiving praise about her from our clients.
Positive feedback can be very rare and so repeatedly receiving this praise year on year is a testament to her good work ethic and her abilities as an engineer.
Lindsay also contributes on a volunteer basis as a member of the committee for the Institute of Measurement and Control, holding the position of North of Scotland Programme Manager.
Through this role she shows her commitment to developing others in the sector as well as herself. It’s great to see Lindsay grow as a leader, as her role within our company expands and she continues to take on any challenge presented to her.
