Process Safety Solutions have successfully integrated an ABB 800xA High Integrity Burner Management System into our clients existing safety system infrastructure, allowing the 800xA data to be presented to the Control Room operators via the existing Codra Panorama E2 HMI.

This modification has significantly improved the SIF testing process and therefore reduced downtime of the process equipment.

By designing the new interface in relation to the current HMI philosophy this has reduced the Human Factor risks when operating the new functionality.
