Graduate Systems Engineer

The successful Graduate Systems Engineer will be responsible for developing and deploying control and safety systems to improve current processes and operations for the energy industry.

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of legacy and current technologies and be part of a dynamic and growing team that values innovation and creativity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement control and safety systems for a variety of industries.
  • Analyse customer needs and develop systems to meet their requirements.
  • Test, evaluate and document control and safety systems for performance and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve control and safety system issues.
  • Provide technical support to customers.
  • Maintain and update existing control and safety systems.
  • Utilise PSS developed software tools.

Reports to: Systems Manager and designated Senior Systems Engineer.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Degree educated with a minimum of BEng/BSc in Electronic/Electrical or Software Engineering.

Systems Engineer

The successful Systems Engineer will be responsible for developing and deploying control and safety systems to improve current processes and operations for the energy industry.

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of legacy and current technologies and be part of a dynamic and growing team that values innovation and creativity.

You shall perform office based systems engineering work as part of the System Engineering Team, using a wide variety of PLC and HMI Systems as well as UK onshore and offshore site installation, commissioning and support work. This position requires a good understanding of electronic and software principles applied to control and safety systems.
